I grew up in the the Lake District and found my love of photography early in life while exploring it’s wild landscape, this inspired me to study Art, Photography and Film at Manchester. Though it was moving to London, where I really developed my style, spending every spare moment with friends working as a Director of Photography on short films, music videos and other passion projects. The motivation behind my work is to create a cinematic atmosphere, this style draws on my background in art and cinematography, I hope my shots tell a story as they might in a film, whilst also evoking a sense of romance but also the solitude and darkness of the city.
