I am a freelance photographer shooting mainly in St. Petersburg and the North-West Region of Russia. My first camera was a Soviet 'Smena', given to me by my father in school years. Since then, my passion for photography has flared up, then faded, and has become my undying passion already at a much more mature age. Recently, I have been shooting more and more on monolens, a very special lens that allows the viewer to go beyond the frame, leaving space for the imagination, and bringing us back to our past or our dreams.
