I photographed Hong Kong which had been home for some of the most tumultuous years in the city’s history. I’m English therefore an outsider and I embrace the anonymity of the stranger.

My Hong Kong series aims to create something beautiful but half revealed using a mixture of high contrast shadows, reflection and abstract composition. I hope my photographs show something of life here.
