IN CONVERSATION WITH ABHAY PATEL
Abhay Patel is a Delhi based street and documentary photographer, who uses his photography to connect with human behaviour. With his use of wonderful colour, his photographs have this mysterious awareness of beauty and qualities of grace that has a profound effect on our mood.
When and how did you start getting interested in photography?
I started photography about two years back . I love to connect the nature of human within the nature of their environment.
Where do you find your inspiration?
I find it everywhere.
Who are your favourite artists or photographers? Who has mostly influenced your style?
Mr Vineet Vohra and Mr Alan Schaller
Where is your favourite place to shoot?
The street is everywhere. I have no definite favourite place...just the streets.
Have you ever been involved in the artistic world before photography?
Yes I love to sketch.
